Obituary of Marv Britten

USCG Ret. Master Chief (29 yrs) Marv Britten passed away at Bayshore Community Hospital on August 30th from complications from COPD. Marv worked for Prudential for 37 years and was a member of St John United Methodist Church in Hazlet NJ. He is survived by his wife of 25 years Kathy (nee Eck), His son Jack Britten (Tracey), Daughter Brenda Morgart (Fred),  Stepdaughter Lynn Coco (Rob), Stepdaughter Laura Gigante ( Ex husband Michael) Also his Grandchildren Jeremy, Dan, Tyler,  Evan, Jennifer, Jessica and Emma. Marv was also predeceased by his son Arthur. 

Funeral from Posten-McGinley Funeral Home 59 E Lincoln Ave, Atlantic Highlands NJ, 07716. Friends will be recieved on Thursday from 5 to 8pm. A Private burial will take place for family only.
