Krystal Lee DeNicola (39) of Leonardo passed away on May 26, 2023.

Born on December 28, 1983 in Red Bank, NJ to Sharon Davis and Michael Benbrook. Krystal is survived by her loving husband Chris DeNicola, her three beautiful children Christopher, Kylee and Brooke, her two sisters Lynne Dabney and Danielle Davis and her father Michael Benbrook, step mother Janice Benbrook and step father Michael Davis. Although her departure has brought immense sadness, it brings us comfort to know she is joyfully reunited with her first-born son Clayton Benbrook, her brother Thomas Benbrook and mother Sharon Davis.

After graduating from Middletown High School South 2002 Krystal went on to start growing her family with her husband Chris. Along the way she worked as a dental assistant, studied phlebotomy, but ultimately followed her hardworking personality as a thriving entrepreneur in several self-run businesses. Krystal was a cornerstone in many lives. She was both the strong protector and the soft nurturer. The grounded mother and the free spirit. She and her beloved husband, Chris, raised four beautiful children and built a home full of love and open doors. Krystal was a natural artist and enjoyed expressing her love for life through a variety of hobbies. Â Krystal conveyed her gratitude towards her relationships with random, yet frequent heartfelt hand written notes and thoughtful gifts. Krystal was and will always be remembered for her unshakeable love for family, friends, strangers, animals (many stray), and nature.
