Brenda Lynn Hartsgrove/Lynch, age 49, of Highlands, NJ. Beloved wife of Peter Lynch, an ex-chief of the Highlands Fire Dept. And mother of two children, Kallie and Aaron Lynch, lost her battle with cancer on July 12th, 2022.

Born and raised in Highlands she attended Highlands elementary and Henry Hudson regional. Brenda worked at Branin’s wharf and was a manger at Bay Avenue bakery in Highlands.

Brenda loved to read, go camping, and had a great affinity for ice cream, chocolate and peanut butter.

Brenda is survived by her parents Linda and Wallace Hartsgrove, her sisters Janice, Krista and Lisa as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and a community that loves her.

Arrangements are being handled by Posten-McGinley Funeral Home, 59 East Lincoln Ave, Atlantic Highlands, NJ, 07716. A viewing has been scheduled for Tuesday July 19th from 5-9 P.M with a mass of Christian burial to follow at 11 A.M. at OLPH church on July 20th.
