Patricia Ann Regan (nee Hanrahan), 84, of Leonardo passed away peacefully at Jersey Shore University Medical Center on Thursday, March 10, 2022. She was born on March 16, 1937 in Brooklyn, NY to Thomas J. Hanrahan and Anne E. Hanrahan (nee Ward). 

Pat was employed by Ernst & Young in New York City, where she met her husband, Thomas M. Regan of Queens, NY and married in 1964. She moved from Brooklyn, NY to Leonardo, NJ in 1971 with her husband and 4 children. She was a devout parishioner of St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church in Atlantic Highlands. She was a stay-at-home mom and housewife as well as on the PTA of St. Agnes School, and Assistant Girl Scout Leader. Her hobbies included cooking, knitting, crocheting, sewing, doing puzzles, playing solitaire and computer surfing as well as spending time with her family, dogs, neighbors, and friends. She especially enjoyed making scarfs, sweaters, baby blankets, afghans, etc. for family, friends and even donated countless items.     

She is predeceased by her parents, her brother, and her husband in 2010 after 47 years of marriage. She leaves behind her four children and their families. Her daughter Laura A. Clancy and husband Robert of Wall; her son Kevin M. Regan of Leonardo; her daughter Carol J. Russo and husband Vincent of Howell and her son Brian F. Regan of Noblesville, IN, along with six beloved grandchildren, Conor, Danielle, Nicole, Aisling, Sean and Casey. 

Visitation will be held at Posten-McGinley Funeral Home, 59 E. Lincoln Ave., Atlantic Highlands on Saturday, March 26 from 3 pm – 6 pm. Private burial will be at a later date at BG William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ.
