Patricia Stryker (nee McDonald) was born in Queens NY on September 5, 1931 to parents Katherine and Raymond McDonald.

Pat was married to Richard C Stryker in 1952. She is survived by their 4 children and their spouses, Kathy and Mark Ackerson of of Leonardo, NJ, Jim and Maryann Stryker of Yreka California, Sue and Terry Fletcher of Sunset, Tx, Richard and Jill Stryker of Middletown NJ.

Also her sisters in law Barbara Golden and Rose McDonald. 

Pat was a loving wife, Mother,  Grandmother  and Great Grandmother.  Surviving are 9 grandchildren,  Melissa and Eric Zihlman, Ryan and Lauren Rodriguez,  Jesse Stryker,  Gerald Stryker,  Elizabeth and Harrison Coates, Chris and Jack Stryker,  Billyjoe and Jordan Fletcher and Nicholas and Jessica Rodriguez. 9 great grandchildren,  Ethan, Teague, Grace Katherine, Gray Zihlman, Grace Stryker, Ryley, Kolby, Adley Rodriguez and Jedidiah Fletcher. 

Summers were wonderful with visits from grandchildren and great grandchildren from Texas, Florida,  California and North Carolina. Winters meant great vacations with great friends in warm Islands! Pat enjoyed cooking especially baking, reading a good book  and keeping in touch with old friends.  

Pat graduated from Red Bank Catholic in 1949 and worked in NYC as a medical secretary. Pat and Dick were married in 1952 and raised their children in Atlantic Highlands NJ. After Dick retired from Bayshore Pharmacy they "retired " to Ocean Pines, MD. Pat was an avid bowler and enjoyed Ocean Pines Garden Club, Book Club and volunteering with "Believe in Tomorrow " an organization working with children and families dealing with cancer. After 17 years Pat and Dick returned to Atlantic Highlands to be near their family. 

They recently Celebrated their 73rd Wedding anniversary!
