It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Frances Kurdes, 77, who left us peacefully on November 1, 2025. Born on March 20, 1948, Frances lived a life full of love, faith, and devotion to her family. She took pride in everything she did — from her early years as a taxi driver, to her work as a house cleaner, and later as a beloved lunch lady at the local school, where her kindness touched the lives of countless children and colleagues. Frances’ greatest joy was her family, especially her cherished grandchildren, Nico and Hayden, whom she loved deeply and unconditionally. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters Dorie and Missy, her brother Roger, and her sons Patrick Jr. and his wife Dawn, and Christopher and his wife Marina. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years, Patrick Sr.  Her warmth, laughter, and gentle spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. Though we will miss her dearly, we take comfort in the memories she created, the love she shared, and the legacy of kindness she leaves behind.

A viewing will be held at Posten-McGinley Funeral Home on Thursday, November 6th from 2-6 P.M. with private cremation to follow.
