Santaniello, Marie Celeste (nee Gelormini) age 93, formally of Middletown and Monmouth Beach, passed away on April 29th, 2025. Born and raised in the First Ward of Newark , she attended St. Lucy's HS, then married her first and only love, Lawrence John Santaniello.

A homemaker most of her life, Marie was known as an excellent Chef, and once ran the highly successful Cheeseboard Deli in Shrewsbury, NJ in the 1980s. Preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Larry, she leaves behind daughter Janice and spouse Donald Deakyne, Son Larry Santaniello Jr., and daughter Marlene and spouse Jerry Cernero, along with 10 grandchildren,  14 great grandchildren,  and her Beloved cousin Michele Rast and spouse Fred, along with numerous cousins and friends.  

Funeral Services and Burial will be Private at the request of the Family.
